Committees & Volunteers

The purpose of the Ambassadors Committee is to assist the Chamber in the recruitment and on-boarding process of new members. The ambassador is often the first person a new member meets. Our ambassadors share upcoming events, networking opportunities, and ways to market through the Chamber with the new member. They act as a mentor, reporting any pertinent feedback to the Director of Membership to help the Chamber improve its outreach and orientation process. 

In our monthly Government Affairs Committee (GAC) meetings, our lobbyist gives updates on specific tracked legislation to update our members in various sectors on legislation that may affect their business.

Attendees include businesses of all sizes, non-profits, community partners, and more. Discussion topics are always timely to business and our current political and business climates.

CCCBI's renowned Women Influencing Business (WIB) Committee hosts a sampling of  networking, educational and inspirational events throughout the year. 

The WIB Committee is dedicated to educating and inspiring women in order to enhance their business skills, develop their professional networks, and become effective and influential business leaders in the community. Throughout the year, the committee spearheads events and opportunities for both learning and networking with professional women from across Chester County.

CCCBI's Young Professionals Committee (YPC) is a group of like-minded individuals under the age of 40 with a focus on developing opportunities to stimulate both personal and professional growth. 

The Young Professionals host quarterly meetings and events, intended to provide unique settings for education and network expansion.
